| Be sure you made the right decision with our 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return any item that was not special ordered, worn, damaged, or resized, engraved, or altered by a jeweler other than us. |
| How To Return An Order To Us : |
| 1. Call To Obtain Your Return Authorization Code (RAC) :Call 866-441-1278 to get your RAC code. You must write this code on the outside of the package for it to be accepted for processing. |
2. Download And Print The Return Form : Click the image to the right or Click Here to download the Return Form. This form must be completed and placed in the package. |
| 3. Packaging Your Return : Be sure to secure your items to protect them. Your package must include all original packing materials and paperwork in the package, along with the Return Form mentioned above. If your item included a certified diamond or diamonds, each certificate must be included (replacement fee will apply if not included). If applicable, include the hearts and arrows viewer (replacement fee will apply if not included). |
| NOTE : For security purposes, do not put the domain name or any type of description as to the contents on the outside of the package. If you do this, you are encouraging theft. |
| 4. Insuring and Shipping Your Package : The value of your item determines how it must be shipped. |

I. Less than $500 : You can ship it with FedEx, UPS, DHL or Postal Service. Be sure to ship it fully insured and to request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached our offices*. |

II. More than $500: The only shipping option is the US Postal Service Registered Mail. The package must be fully insured for the full value of the contents. You should also request return receipt for confirmation that your shipment reached our offices*. FedEx and UPS will not insure packages over $500. |

Items must be returned in the same condition as when new and sent by Glimmerrock.com. |

Items showing signs of wear or that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than [domain] or that have been damaged will not be accepted for processing. |
